Tai Chi over 37 years has been such a beautiful blessing in my life.
So grateful to have learn Tai Chi and applied it through out most of my life.
Tai Chi is a beautiful dance like meditation. It has helped me to be fluid in motion, centered and grounded. I have gained so many wonderful health benefits along the way.
This was a very special moment with my three beautiful sisters one whom is taking our picture in Kailua. That morning was our last moment together before they flew back to California and I to Florida.
